Chaotic Customs began out of necessity. At the time, we were just trying to help a few school booster clubs and PTAs here in Arlington, TX — groups that were being overlooked or flat-out ignored by other print shops. What started as a way to meet a local need quickly grew as we saw the same frustrations from businesses, churches, and nonprofits: projects falling through the cracks, poor communication, missed deadlines, and inconsistent quality. That’s when we knew — people didn’t need just another screen printer. They needed a partner who cared. With over 21 years of combined experience in print and design, and six years strong as a business, our team is built to serve. How long does it take to get my order?

Turnaround time typically depends on the size of your order and the print method, but most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after final approval. If you’re on a tight deadline, just let us know — we’ll do everything we can to make it work.

It depends on the print method. Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces, while DTG and DTF printing allow for smaller runs or even one-offs. Embroidery also has flexible minimums — just reach out and we’ll walk you through the best option for your needs.
